Together, We’ll Find Gentle Ways to Heal and Grow

Caring Support That Meets You Where You Are

Clients often worry their story is too messy, too complicated—or not “traumatic enough” to deserve help. The fear of being unseen or too broken to heal can keep people from reaching out at all.

Between credentials, modalities, and specialties, finding the “right” therapist can feel like information overload. It’s easy to wonder, Will this person actually get me? or What if I choose wrong?

Not knowing who to trust can make starting therapy feel vulnerable and even a little scary—especially when your story has already been met with silence or misunderstanding.

Are you carrying pain that feels too heavy to hold on your own? Do you find yourself stuck in patterns shaped by trauma, addiction, or betrayal—longing for peace, but unsure where to begin? What if healing was possible, and you could move forward feeling whole, free, and truly connected again?

Looking for the right therapist feels overwhelming—but you don’t have to figure It out alone. Even if I am not the right fit, I will help you find that person for you.

I truly believe that deep trauma can feel incredibly isolating—like you’re carrying a heavy burden all on your own. What motivates me most is making sure you feel genuinely loved, seen, and connected, even when life feels really hard. Healing doesn’t have to be a lonely path, and I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and understanding, whether you’re dealing with complex trauma, addiction, abusive relationships, or betrayal. Your story matters deeply—and so do you.

In our work together, I create a space where I can hold the heaviness when it feels too much for you to carry, even if it’s just for 50 minutes. Honesty, trust, commitment, and steadfastness are values I hold close because I believe they’re the foundation for true healing and growth.

I earned my Master’s degree in Christian Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, where I developed a trauma-informed approach that blends faith with clinical expertise. Using EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and narrative therapy, I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where every part of your story is honored—and where healing is genuinely possible.

My services help by creating a safe, supportive space where people feel truly seen, heard, and held

Complex Trauma Therapy

Right now, you may feel stuck in survival mode—navigating life with a constant sense of heaviness, anxiety, or disconnection. You might look like you're managing on the outside, but inside, you’re carrying the weight of past trauma that hasn’t been fully processed. You’re tired of holding it all alone, and even more tired of wondering if things will ever feel different.

What you long for is a space where you don’t have to hide—where your story, in all its complexity, is not only safe but fully welcomed. You want to feel whole, grounded, and connected to yourself again. You want to stop just surviving and start truly living.

That’s where I come in. Through trauma-informed therapy using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and narrative work, I walk with you gently through the pain—helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced, dismissed, or exiled. Together, we’ll honor your story, untangle the past, and begin to make space for healing at your own pace.

The outcome? A deeper sense of self-trust. More freedom in your relationships. Relief from the emotional weight you’ve carried for too long. You’ll walk away not only with tools for healing, but with a renewed sense of hope—and the confidence that you don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.

overcome betrayal

Right now, you may feel shattered by the pain of betrayal—whether from infidelity, broken trust, or emotional abandonment. You might be questioning everything: your relationship, your worth, your sense of safety. Even if no one else sees it, you’re carrying a quiet storm inside—filled with confusion, grief, anger, and deep hurt. You may feel alone, even when surrounded by others.

What you’re longing for is solid ground—clarity, safety, and the space to breathe again. You want someone who understands the deep impact betrayal can have—not just on your relationship, but on your identity, your nervous system, and your sense of self. You want to feel steady again, and to begin trusting your own voice.

That’s where I come in. I offer a compassionate, steady presence as we walk through your story together. Using trauma-informed therapy we’ll gently explore the parts of you that are hurting, confused, or shut down. You don’t have to have all the answers—we’ll move at your pace, and I’ll be with you every step.

The outcome? You’ll walk away feeling more connected to your truth, with clearer boundaries, and a deeper sense of self-worth. Healing from betrayal is never easy—but you’ll begin to feel whole again, reclaim your voice, and know that you’re not alone in the process.

Betrayal Trauma

walk together

Right now, you might feel stuck in a pattern you didn’t choose—but one that’s hard to step out of. Addiction may have started as a way to cope, to survive, or to feel something when everything else felt numb. Maybe it’s affecting your relationships, your sense of self, or your ability to show up the way you want to. Underneath it all, there’s likely pain, shame, or trauma that hasn’t had space to be seen yet.

What you truly desire is freedom—not just from the addiction itself, but from the weight of what’s underneath. You want to understand why you feel pulled toward these patterns, how to break them with self-compassion, and how to reconnect with the parts of you that feel lost or hidden. You long for peace, stability, and a way back to yourself.

Here’s how I can help: I offer a nonjudgmental, deeply supportive space where we gently explore the pain beneath the pattern. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and narrative therapy, we’ll get to know the parts of you that have been coping the best way they knew how—and begin building new pathways for healing. No shame. Just curiosity, compassion, and care.

When we work together, you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself, more tools to navigate your triggers, and a renewed sense of self-worth. You'll begin to trust your voice again, loosen the grip of old patterns, and feel the quiet strength of knowing you're not walking this road alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect from therapy?

Therapy is a safe and supportive space where you can explore what’s going on in your life, understand your feelings, and work toward the changes you want to see. Each session is a chance to talk openly without judgment, at your own pace.

We’ll work together to uncover patterns, identify strengths, and develop tools to cope with challenges—whether that’s managing stress, healing from past wounds, improving relationships, or building self-confidence. Therapy isn’t about quick fixes; it’s a process of growth and healing tailored just for you.

What kind of therapy do you practice?

I utilize EMDR, IFS, narrative therapy, and Polyvagal theory within my therapeutic work. In my blog, you can find articles explaining each one of these modalities and how they can work for you.

How much does therapy cost?

Each 50-minute session is $140 when paying out of pocket. If your insurance plan is out-of-network, I can provide you with a superbill, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I am in network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

What if I miss a session or need to cancel?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows me to offer that appointment time to another client. Unfortunately, without sufficient notice, a cancellation fee will apply.

What if I don’t know what to say or where to start?

It’s completely normal to feel unsure about what to say or where to start in therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in. My role is to help guide the conversation and create a space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Sometimes, just talking about what’s on your mind or how you’ve been feeling recently is a great place to begin. Together, we’ll explore what’s most important to you and take it step by step.
